Returns Policy

WEBSITE RETURNS & POLICY
ShoppingLab Electronics Shop ensure to refund any item you are not satisfied with when you return it to us in an unused and original condition it came in within 14 days of purchase. The amount refunded is the full amount paid for the product/s excluding the shipping cost. If a replacement of the product is required or a different size is needed this needs to be ordered separately aside from the refund.

The return is entirely down to the customers choice therefore postage will not be provided, please ensure all returns are fully tracked and covered. In event of the return not arriving no refund will be issued to the customer as its their responsibility of ensuring the product arrives back to us.

www.osheastore.co.uk aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the products back to business. In seasonal holidays or rare occasions refunds may take that little extra longer but we can confirm all refunds will be completed within 28 days of receiving.

Please Note: We are not responsible for lost parcels that you have failed to reschedule delivery, failed to collect from the pick up point or has been stolen from your property. All orders are shipped with tracking and the option for the buyer to ensure the parcel is delivered when they are in, delivered to local depot or neighbour, therefore in the unfortunate event of this happening we will not be able to offer a refund.
